BRC Statement 04.05.20
BRC would like to thank all the clubs, members and volunteers for their continued support and understanding during these challenging times. The well wishes the team have received have been lovely.
We are aware that there will inevitably be lots of questions about the resumption of BRC activities at all levels. We wanted to assure you that our BRC Advisory Committee are still meeting regularly albeit virtually and are looking at various options for when government restrictions are adjusted to permit grassroot sport.
We hope to give you a further update next week following updated government advice.
Wishing you and your families all the best. Stay Safe.

Coronavirus and Us
Hi Everyone
As part of the effort to counteract a steadily rising number of Coronavirus cases in the UK, British Riding Clubs, along with a majority of sports governing bodies, has recommended stopping all Riding Club events, however large or small. For us, this means cancelling our AGM, due to be held next Thursday, 26th March, together with all early-season events which were due to begin at the end of April.
BRC have cancelled all their spring Championships, plus Summer Qualifiers up to the beginning of June. The full text of their statement is available if you click on the link below.
Once we have any more news we’ll keep you updated via the website and our Facebook page. In the meantime, please stay safe while the epidemic runs its course.
Jonathan Hopkins (Chairman)
on behalf of the Committee, LMDRC.
