1.         Hobby Horse Jumping Class – Single Phase!
2.         X Pole Starters (40cm) (Rosettes for all clears in this class) *  Single phase
3.         Mini Jumping (50cm) 1’8” (Rosettes for all clears in this class) * Single phase
4.          Very Novice (60cm) 2’* Single phase
5.         70cm Show Jumping (2’4”) * Two phase
6.         80cm Show Jumping (2’8”)* Two phase
7.         90cm Show Jumping (3’) * Two phase

Note: Class 2 & 3 assistance allowed in these classes but sorry no physical contact or lead rein, and will be single phase. Classes 5 to 7 two phase. *Juniors & Seniors will be split if numbers permit min 3 entries each section. Juniors 16yr & Under Seniors over 16yrs* as at 1st January.

These are Non-qualifier classes and open to non-BRC members.

However, this competition is running along side a BRC Area 15 Qualifier so will run under British Riding Club Rules with exception of eligibility rule.

Dressage Tests are BD 2024  – tests at area qualifiers can be commanded.

Competition will be on grass both dressage and show jumping. BD and BS judges.

Up to date Equine Flue Vaccination will need to be presented, and will be checked

Spring Show Update – Thank you so much for your amazing entries – it is a record for us with 89 riders, so going to be a long day!

Attached is our provisional jumping times – these are a guide only so please follow this page for any additional posts.

Showing classes start 10am prompt for class 1 BTO we are currently looking at 11am for class 4, and 12.00 class 6 M&M Novelty to start approx 2pm. entries for the classes will mean we will try to split class 5. Best Novice Combination and class 6 M&M will be split on day.

Yes it is that time of the year again! Our annual members meeting

Hello everyone, while our summer season of events have come to a close, don’t forget we have a full programme of training clinic’s over the winter months with our excellent instructors:

Katie Williams – BECC Level 4 Eventing coach and MSc in Professional Sports Coaching.

Katie is BE Regional Youth Coach for Wales and West Midlands and one of the coaches for BE’s National Foundation Skills Academy. Katie holds private coaching sessions and regular training clinics both at home in Monmouthshire and across the country. Best for riders confident at 70cm and over – eventing based training.

Melissa Troup BHSI (British Horse Society Performance Coach) and MSc McTimoney Animal Manipulation.

Melissa’s training can cover flat, pole work and jumping and is aimed to broaden existing knowledge and skills to improve your horse’s athletic ability. Working on physical and mental strengths, for systematic development and enjoyment of both horse and rider. 

Joanne Thorne – jumping sessions for all levels, all ages.

Sue Tracey – runs our popular ‘confidence clinic’s for all ages and abilities, including lead rein.

Anthony Perkins – holds mid week morning sessions covering progressive flat and jumping for more experienced combinations.
