Farm X – Sunday 28th April

The Farm X is the first members’ ridden event of the year. Since we started to run this practice/schooling day we’ve been blessed with good weather so we’re keeping our fingers crossed.

As usual there’ll be two course heights – 2’3″ and max 2’9″ – with a mix of mostly knock-down rustic jumps and some cross-country fences.

Oh – and there’s a river crossing or two 😀

You can go around the course singly or in pairs and there’s no time limit – the only thing to remember is to allow any faster horses coming up behind to pass you safely. You can go around more than once at any height.

Because the farm was flooded during the winter we’ve been struggling with parts of the ground so may need to alter the course from previous years.

Hopefully we’ll see you on Sunday!

Sunday 15th July – SHOW CANCELLED

To avoid any possibility of this sort of thing the show on Sunday 15th has been cancelled. Even though good weather is forecast for that day, unfortunately both the showfield and car park will not have time to dry out 😦

We will instead have this show on SUNDAY 29TH JULY in place of the event shown in your last newsletter.
